With a Master’s from the University of Pennsylvania, certification from Harvard, and as a graduate of Penn State University, I ground every engagement in academic rigor, strategic thinking, and real-world application. My experience spans institutions such as the University of Pennsylvania, Columbia University, and Penn State University.

I have leveraged that experience to direct and produce multi-state events with 3,000+ attendees across higher ed and corporate sectors, including my own alma mater. I design experiences that activate people, not just inform them — through leadership development, experiential event production, and media-driven facilitation.

More than anything, I believe my journey has been guided by purpose. What began as a passion for dance has evolved into a calling to create experiences that bring people together, develop leaders, and inspire others to use the gifts they’ve been given with intention. Whether I’m facilitating a workshop, producing an event, or teaching dance, my goal is always the same: to create spaces where people feel seen, challenged, and empowered to move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and purpose.
